1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
We process orders Monday through Sunday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays (such as customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier issues), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We use a two-stage logistics model to ensure reliability and speed:
- First Leg: EMS handles international transport.
- Final Delivery: UPS completes the domestic delivery within the U.S.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping: 9–15 calendar days to most U.S. addresses.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, carrier capacity, and your exact location may affect actual delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options depending on your order value:
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $50 per order.
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional charge, calculated at checkout or confirmed via customer service.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.
Delivery options and rates for these regions may vary based on carrier availability and destination.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

5. Expedited Shipping Options
If you need faster delivery, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Expedited services include priority handling, faster customs clearance, and quicker last-mile delivery via UPS.
To upgrade your order to expedited shipping, please email us at emperorwolf@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We’ll provide a quote and help finalize the arrangement.
Please note that oversized, heavy, or restricted items may not be eligible for certain expedited methods.
6. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment through EMS (international leg) and UPS (domestic delivery).
If your package arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery or document the issue before signing and contact us immediately.
If you discover product damage or missing items after delivery, email us within 7 days of receipt, including your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
EmperorWolf is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information).
7. Holiday Schedule
Our fulfillment center operates year-round except during major holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
8. Payment & Order Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all online orders.
All transactions are SSL-encrypted to ensure secure payment processing.
